The Skelton Group is a property investment and development company. Since being formed in 2001 by Duncan Moss, The Skelton Group has purchased, sold and invested in over £500 million of commercial property throughout the UK, either on its own account or in joint venture with its favoured partners.

In the early part of 2007 as part of its investment strategy it sold the majority of its assets. The development company, Carlyle Skelton Development Group, was also sold at this time to its joint venture partner, The Carlyle Group.

The Skelton Group is now well placed to take full advantage of market conditions in its ongoing re-investment programme.
